Magnificat High School

Magnificat High School is located in Sanya Juu, Siha district, in the Kilimanjaro region of Tanzania.  The school is owned and directed by the Holy Spirit Sisters.  The school was founded in 2011 with the aim to motivate the Maasai tribe to educate their children.  The school has an enrollment of 574 students who board on the grounds.  All secondary schools are boarding schools in Tanzania.  Preparing the youth of the region for higher education and professional development is the goal of Magnificat High School.

A larger girls’ dormitory is needed to help more young women reach their potential.  The quality education offered here gives hope to those who strive for a brighter future.
