The Holy Spirit Sisters opened this dispensary in the Siha district in the Kilimanjaro Region in Tanzania.  The population of the area is about 116,313. 

Charlotte Hospital spang from very basic roots.  The hospital was originally known as Magadini Dispensary which opened on April 7, 1977. 

This is the school that the older children from Sun of Hope Orphanage attended before our new school, Sun of Hope Primary School, was built.  It is about a 10-hour drive (one way) between the schools.

Magnificat High School is located in Sanya Juu, Siha district, in the Kilimanjaro region of Tanzania.  The school is owned and directed by the Holy Spirit Sisters.

This school started in 2007 with only 8 children.  The purpose was to care for children of the very poor.  Most of the children were born to single, young women who became pregnant and could not complete their studies.

Sun of Hope Primary School opened its doors on January 11th, 2021.  It is our goal to provide the very best education possible.  We have ensured that all students have their own copy of the textbook for every subject.

Sun of Hope Orphanage/Village opened it’s doors in January, 2015.  It was founded in honor of the Holy Spirit Sisters 50th Jubilee.
